If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it or if your package still says in transit, you must take that up with USPS.

*Normal Orders: automatically ship First Class which takes 3-5 Business days

*Wholesale Orders: automatically ship Priority which takes 1-3 Business Days   Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically after your order has finished processing & is being prepared to be shipped.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! 

Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

If you place an order and USPS says "your item has been returned to sender because of incomplete address" and they have to send it back to me :

1. There Are Still NO REFUNDS 

2. You Have The Choice To Wait Until I Receive It Back In The Mail & Repay The Shipping Fee So I Can Then Resend It To You.
